My question for the dentist
Children can have their own questions about a visit to the dentist. This free question sheet is a place to draw or dictate those questions before the appointment, ready to share with a grown-up and the dental team.

Try it together
- Choose a relaxed moment and ask whether your child has a question about the visit. It is fine if they do not.
- Invite them to draw their idea. Write their words in the question box without turning it into a test.
- Keep the sheet with the things you plan to bring. At the appointment, help your child share it with the dental team.
